​Open feedback

Members can submit open feedback about the activities anonymously through the open feedback form. All feedback is valuable for us about our activity and events, and we wish that feedback is given with a low threshold. With your help we can develop YFK to be even better organization for students. All feedback will be reviewed at the board meetings.

You can also provide feedback by sending an email to yfk-virkailijat[at]helsinki.fi. The email reaches all board members and officers. If you want to contact someone specific from the board, you can find all the email addresses here. Harassment report form can be found below.

Harassment report form

    Please answer to following questions:

    1. Where and when did the harassment occur?
    2. Description of the incident
    3. Has any representative of YFK (e.g., harassment contact person) been contacted during the event? If so, who?
    4. Contact information (name, email/phone number). Not mandatory if contact is not desired.
